1. Services

511 Logistics provides middle-mile transportation, final-mile delivery, and warehousing services. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided by 511 Logistics are valid for the period stated and are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Final pricing may be adjusted if shipment details change, including weight, dimensions, or special handling requirements. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipment Requirements

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipment information including weight, dimensions, hazardous material designations, and special handling needs. Failure to disclose accurate information may result in additional charges or service refusal.

4. Liability & Claims

511 Logistics carries appropriate cargo liability insurance. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment and is subject to the terms of our insurance policy. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped without prior written agreement: hazardous materials requiring special permits, illegal goods, firearms, explosives, perishable items without proper packaging, and any items prohibited by applicable law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to require prepayment for new accounts or large shipments.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made before pickup may be subject to a administrative fee. Cancellations after pickup are subject to applicable charges based on distance traveled and services rendered. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and transactional purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, or interfering with site operations. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the site at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 511 Logistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 511 Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
